Therapeutic
A therapeutic programme focuses on supporting a young person’s emotional wellbeing, helping them feel safe, regulated and ready to engage with learning.
This includes:

Re-engagment
A re-engagement programme supports young people who have become disengaged from education, helping them rebuild trust, confidence and gradually reconnect with learning.
This includes:
- 1:1 support tailored to the young person
- Building trust and positive relationships
- Gradual reintroduction to learning
- Flexible, individualised approach

Behaviour
A behaviour and stabilisation programme supports young people to understand and manage their emotions and behaviour, helping them feel more settled, in control and able to engage positively with learning.
This includes:
- Behaviour support strategies
- Emotional regulation techniques
- Reducing incidents and escalation
- Developing positive coping skills

Reintergration
A reintegration programme supports young people to return to education in a gradual, supported way, helping them build confidence, reduce anxiety and sustain engagement with learning.
This includes:
- Gradual return to school or provision
- Confidence building
- Ongoing support during transition
- Close collaboration with schools and families

Vocational
A vocational programme supports young people to develop practical skills, confidence and independence, helping them prepare for future education, training or employment.
This includes:
- Practical, hands-on learning
- Skill development for real-world settings
- Building independence and confidence
- Preparing for future pathways

Life Skills
A life skills programme supports young people to develop confidence, independence and essential everyday skills, helping them prepare for adult life and future opportunities.
